• Install full residential electrical systems to NEC and local code.
• Interpret and work from blueprints.
• Lead and train apprentices on job sites.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trades.
• Keep your vehicle and inventory organized.
• Communicate material needs to the office.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
• Take progress photos and documentation.
• Collect customer payments when needed.
• Represent Lighthouse with honesty and courtesy.

• Active Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License.
• 4+ years of residential construction experience.
• Strong code knowledge and blueprint fluency.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to quality, not just speed.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team-first mentality and a positive attitude.
• Punctual, dependable, and organized.
