Entrepreneurship Trainee – Sales & Marketing

We are currently seeking an Entrepreneurship Trainee – Sales & Marketing to represent client brands in a face-to-face retail environment while learning the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and leadership from the ground up.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for motivated individuals who are seeking long-term career growth, structured training, and a clear, performance-based path into leadership. No prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute face-to-face sales and marketing strategies in retail environments
• Engage customers, build rapport, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Professionally promote and represent products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Maintain strong product knowledge and assist with peer training as skills develop
• Communicate product features and comparisons clearly and confidently
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
