MDM Analyst

Insight Global is hiring a Data Management Specialist to support a client in the distillery industry. This role focuses on managing and maintaining product/item master data to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems. The specialist will support PiM processes for Sazerac and assist with Net Suite work for Buzz Ballz, driving data consistency and quality. Responsibilities include conducting business analysis to identify process gaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to set up workflows, and leading meetings to guide project-related discussions through to activation.

The ideal candidate is data-driven with high attention to detail and proactive-asking questions and seeking to understand the reasoning behind processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years in data entry management and business analysis

• Strong knowledge of PIM systems and/or Net Suite

• Ability to manage multiple stages, including costing and formula compliance

• Familiarity with costing processes within Net Suite

• In-depth understanding of the Master Data lifecycle

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in the manufacturing industry

• Experience in the food and beverage industry
