Operates and maintains single, tandem or multi-axle trucks/trailers and forklifts for delivery/pick-up of agronomy/energy products following specified time schedules to/from the company locations or customer locations to achieve profitable business growth.

• Maintain all assigned vehicles and equipment in accordance with established safety standards and vehicle operation techniques.
• Perform and record daily safety checks of assigned vehicle(s) and equipment through pre‑trip inspections (fuel, oil, tires, lights, brakes).
• Follow the preventative maintenance program and keep trucks clean and present a professional appearance.
• Load and unload trucks following company policies and DOT regulations.
• Ensure all deliveries and pick‑ups, along with associated documentation, meet company expectations and standards.
• Maintain company equipment, adhere to the Uniform Policy, and maintain a professional image.
• Follow GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health & Safety, OSHA, and DOT policies and procedures.
• Perform basic shop maintenance and all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated abilities in business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.
• Possess or ability to obtain and maintain a valid CDL license with required endorsements.
• Valid medical card and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
• Exposure to extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.), noisy environments, dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures as required.
