You will interact with team members, visitors, and drivers with a customer‑service mindset, communicate clearly, and document observations and concerns.

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Control access by checking identification, managing visitor sign‑in, monitoring entry and exit points, and directing deliveries and/or contractor traffic according to site procedures.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security‑related systems where assigned, and complete shift reports, patrol logs, and incident reports per Allied Universal guidelines.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
