Palermo’s is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead plant floor operations, support team members, and ensure daily production goals for output, quality, and efficiency are achieved.

• Supervise daily plant floor operations to ensure production schedules are met.
• Monitor output to ensure all products meet Palermo’s quality and specification standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations team members.
• Maintain accurate records including attendance, performance, and disciplinary documentation.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and communicate workforce needs to leadership and HR.
• Monitor material usage to prevent waste or shortages.
• Complete required production paperwork in accordance with Palermo’s, USDA, OSHA, and BRC policies.
• Conduct regular worksite reviews to ensure compliance with safety policies and proper PPE usage.
• Partner with Maintenance to address equipment issues quickly and effectively.
• Investigate accidents or injuries and complete required safety documentation.
• Enforce all company, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Support emergency procedures and building security protocols.

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience (frozen food manufacturing a plus).
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
