Where you'll work...

Our Jefferson plant is a smaller-scale operation where every team member's contribution makes a big impact. With one production line and an on-site warehouse, this facility focuses on efficiency, teamwork, and quality to deliver Palermo's pizzas to our customers.

When you'll work...
We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators on all shifts! Overtime available.

Hours:

Monday-Saturday, with the possibility of working Sundays.

1st shift: 7:00 a.m.

- 3:30 p.m.

2nd

Shift: 3:00 p.m.

- 11:30 p.m.

3rd

Shift: 11:00 p.m.

- 7:30 a.m.

What you'll do...

• Operate one or more pieces of production equipment.
• Set up machinery and monitor operation and flow, making adjustments and feeding supplies/ingredients.
• Perform weight, time, and other checks to ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment safety around your machine, ensuring tools and safeguards are in place for an on-time startup.

Why you'll be successful...

• Proven ability to understand and run machines for consistent, efficient, and productive shifts.
• 1+ years' machine operation experience to ensure equipment operates effectively.
• Willingness to expand your food manufacturing knowledge to produce a high-quality, consistent product.
• Team player with strong communication skills ready to work hard and contribute to Palermo's success.
