Our companions provide compassionate, non‑medical companion care in seniors’ homes. You’ll support daily activities—meal preparation, light housekeeping, company, and transportation to social events—while fostering independence and well‑being.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

• Genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life.
• Experience with in‑home care preferred; we will consider training the right person.
• At least 18 years old and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Compassionate and dependable work ethic, with proven ability to provide high‑quality non‑medical companion care rooted in empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Successful completion of background check and pre‑employment screenings.
