• Providing a pleasant, safe, and sanitary environment.
• Communicating with parents and providing updates on children's progress.
• Providing basic care for children which includes feeding, grooming, and changing diapers.
• Developing age-appropriate socialization skills in children.
• Encouraging positive behavior.
• Planning and implementing weekly lesson plans.
• Logging daily activities including diapering, feedings, naps, etc.

• High school diploma or GED.

• CPR/First aid Certified.
• Must undergo a background check/fingerprint screening.
• Abusive head trauma & SIDS training.
• Intro to Childcare and skills and strategies book courses.
• Health report.

Coming with the above trainings and certifications is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
