- Receiving, inspecting, labeling, and storing incoming products.
- Picking, packing, and preparing order for shipments.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and performing routine maintenance checks.
- Monitoring inventory levels and performing regular stock counts.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Occasionally assisting in administrative tasks such as reporting discrepancies or preparing shipping documents.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of experience in logistics or warehousing
- Ability to obtain the in‑house certification for forklift, hand‑truck, or pallet jack
- Ability to spend most of the day standing, reaching, bending, and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs, and work in both a hot and cold warehouse environment.
- Detail accuracy
- Should have the ability to work in a team
- Should possess time management skills and be able to meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Support Carrier Excellence, continuous improvement efforts and any change

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $30.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
