Allegheny Health Network - [Switchboard Operator] As a Telecomm Associate at Allegheny Health Network, you'll:
Answer external telephone calls, take and relay messages, and provide callers with routine factual information;
Operate a centralized PC based nurse call system;
Answer patients when they press their call button for a nurse, listen to their request and locate a nurse or aide and relay message;
Operate paging console for purpose of locating personnel not in their offices, overhead and beeper paging;
Operate a messaging service, Alpha-numeric paging and integration of voice mail system.
