Service Advisor – Farris Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram

Location:Jefferson City
Department: Service Department / Fixed Operations
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: Weekly Pay + Monthly Commission

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to help us continue that legacy. This position plays a vital role in supporting customers through every step of their service experience—by phone, online, and in person.

What You Will Do
  • Handle inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments
  • Ask strategic questions to understand service history and vehicle needs
  • Check customers in and out, following a consistent service process
  • Provide updates to customers throughout their repair or maintenance visit
  • Recommend appropriate maintenance or repair services based on findings
  • Build Lasting Relationships with customers through Trust and Integrity in business
  • Verify and update customer contact information during each visit
  • Utilize multiple computer and tablet systems to document and complete service records accurately
What You Bring
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in computers and online systems
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Automotive industry experience is helpful, but not required
