Job Overview

Designs, builds, and deploys autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, take actions, and interact with tools or systems. The role focuses on developing LLM-based agents, designing multi‑agent systems, integrating external APIs/tools, improving reasoning capabilities, and ensuring reliability and safety of agent behavior in production. The engineer works across LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, tool‑calling frameworks, vector databases, and backend systems to create scalable, intelligent automation solutions.

• Build and optimize AI agents using LLMs and agent frameworks (Lang Chain, Microsoft Agent Framework, etc.)
• Design, develop, and execute Agentic AI capabilities from scratch
• Implement multi‑agent orchestration
• Good understanding of agent security, guardrails, and other NFR capabilities
• Develop workflows where agents reason, plan, and execute tasks autonomously
• Implement tool calling, API integrations, memory systems, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows
• Design multi‑agent collaboration systems for complex tasks
• Monitor agent performance, safety, reliability, drift, and hallucination control
• Deploy agentic systems into production using cloud and containerised infrastructure
• Work with and product teams to deliver AI‑powered automation features

• At least 2 years of experience in the AI/LLM domain
• Over 5 years of experience in architecting and designing applications
• More than 3 years of hands‑on experience with Python frameworks and libraries
• 4+ years with FastAPI, asyncio, and modern Python patterns
• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure including Azure AI Foundry
• At least 2 years of experience in prompt engineering
• 4+ years building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to understand requirements, map data appropriately, engage effectively with stakeholders, and implement AI‑driven solutions

• Strong Python skills
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Microsoft Agent Framework, etc.)
• Understanding of RAG and vector DBs (Azure AI Search, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Knowledge in multi‑agent orchestration
• Well‑versed in AI implementation security and NFR capabilities
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment
• Good reasoning, debugging, data analysis, and system design skills
• Understanding of Azure services
• Hands‑on with VS Code and AI‑assisted development tools

• Medicare Advantage business understanding
• Exposure to multi‑tenant system implementation
• Java and React

Expected compensation ranges from $100,000 to $110,000. Benefits include a full range of medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
