** to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects throughout Missouri.

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Oversee and lead a crew of carpenters in the construction of formwork, falsework, and structural components for heavy civil projects.
* Read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Construct, assemble, and dismantle formwork and shoring systems for concrete structures.
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, company policies, and project timelines.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to optimize workflow and efficiency.
* Train and mentor junior carpenters and laborers to improve skill development and maintain high standards of workmanship.
* Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.## Qualifications

* Qualifications & Requirements:

**
* ** 5+ years
** of experience in heavy civil construction, with at least
** 2 years
** in a leadership role.
* Proficiency in constructing formwork, falsework, and other structural frameworks.
* Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety protocols (OSHA compliance).
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
* Experience operating heavy equipment and power tools related to carpentry.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
* Willingness to travel with possible overnights.
