ASSISTANT MANAGER

If you are adaptable, self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service, then learn and sharpen your business skills as a Manager for Domino's Pizza by staffing your store, managing costs, and developing your team members, all while in a fun and energetic environment!

• Staffing your store and developing team members.
• Manage costs and operate the store efficiently.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Communicate written instructions accurately and convey information verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Process orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
• Deliver product by car and to customer doors; deliver flyers or door hangers; navigate maps and designated delivery areas; handle deliveries in multi-story buildings and other sites.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards and submit to a background check and drug test.

• Minimum age 18+
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, customer service oriented, willingness to learn and excel
• Ability to read and understand written instructions; good verbal communication with customers and co-workers
• Basic math skills; accurate in cash handling
• Motor coordination and ability to enter orders via computer or touch screen
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds; ability to stand for long periods; navigate stairs or ladders as needed
• Background check and drug test required
• Training provided on the job

• Sensing—Ability to hear on telephone and have near/mid-range vision; depth perception; differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Temperaments—Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, make judgments and decisions.
• Physical Requirements—Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing; details include typical weights (e.g., deliveries up to 50 pounds) and working heights (up to 72 high shelves).
