ASSISTANT MANAGER

If you are adaptable, self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service, learn and sharpen your business skills as a Manager for Domino's Pizza by staffing your store, managing costs, and developing your team members, all while in a fun and energetic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and the facility daily.
  • Understand and correctly follow written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Perform basic math for transactions and make correct monetary change.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Deliver products by car and to customer doors; deliver flyers or door hangers as needed.
  • Navigate routes using maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area; handle deliveries in multi-story buildings and other delivery sites.
  • Participate in required background check and drug test as part of employment.
  • Participate in orientation and on‑the‑job training.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age 18+.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, customer service oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and excel.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle monetary transactions.
  • Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements; ability to enter orders on a computer.
Training

Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided.

  • Sensing
    :
    Talking and hearing on the telephone; near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

    :
    Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing and walking for extended periods; most tasks performed from a standing position.
  • Sitting for paperwork as needed; occasional climbing of stairs or ladders for price changes or maintenance.
  • Medium to heavy lifting and carrying of items (e.g., deliveries up to 50 pounds, crates, trays, and supplies).
  • Ability to push or pull carts and trays; push/pull forces as described.
