Maintenance Worker - Seasonal

Overview

The Cole County Public Works Department is seeking a seasonal / summer Maintenance Worker I position. Candidates must have a valid Missouri driver’s license and the ability to lift, stand or kneel for long periods. Summer hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm.

• Manual and semi-skilled work in a variety of public works maintenance activities, including pothole patching, flagging, asphalt or concrete work, painting curbs, striping roads, mowing grass or trimming brush.
• Report to the assigned Crew Supervisor.

• Valid Missouri driver’s license.
• Ability to lift, stand or kneel for long periods.
• Availability for summer hours (Monday through Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm).
