- Base Pay Range: $87,131.20 - $ per year, based on experience

Job Description
Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of inpatient nursing staff.
Coordinate and conduct orientation programs for new nursing staff, ensuring a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and best practices.
Provide ongoing education and training on new clinical practices, technologies, and evidence‑based guidelines to improve patient care outcomes.
Facilitate skills labs, workshops, and in‑service training sessions to address identified learning needs and promote professional development.
Assist the Clinical Nurse Manager in overseeing daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring adherence to standards of care, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance, support, and supervision to nursing staff, including performance feedback, coaching, and counseling as needed.
Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager and support staff to address staffing needs, scheduling conflicts, and workload distribution to maintain optimal staffing levels and workflow efficiency.
Participate in performance evaluations and contribute to the identification of staff development opportunities and training needs.
Monitor and evaluate clinical practices and patient care activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, committees, and task forces to drive continuous improvement in patient care outcomes and nursing practices.
Assist in the development and implementation of evidence‑based protocols, guidelines, and quality measures to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among interdisciplinary team members to promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
