Charge Nurse; LPN​/RN Night Shift

Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Join a caring, resident-focused team at Jefferson City Nursing & Rehabilitation
. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Night Shift Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) to provide leadership, ensure quality care, and support our nursing team overnight. If you value teamwork, strong communication, and making a difference when it matters most, we want to hear from you.

• Serve as Charge Nurse for the night shift
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Supervise and support CNAs during the shift
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (not required)
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused
