DetailsShift: Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm. Mandatory call rotation
Department: Operating Room Capital Region Medical Center
Compensation
:
- Base Pay Range: $32.82 to $48.27 per hour, based on experience.
- Choose Between Sign-On Bonus

- Retention Rewards - Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000
- Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away.
- Retention Reward (Option
1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000. - Student Loan Repayment (Option
2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000.

Job Description
Required Qualifications
- Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under the new state of residency within thirty (30) days.
- One (1) year of RN experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
