Shift and Department
Monday – Friday; 6:30 am to 3 pm with call requirements. Department:
Endoscopy Center, Capital Region Medical Center.
- Base Pay Range: $31.26 – $46.10 per hour, based on experience.
- Choose between:
- Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000
- Retention Rewards: up to $15,000 (includes participation in a retention reward plan, student loan repayment, or relocation support)
- Retention Reward (Option 1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000.
- Student Loan Repayment (Option 2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000.
- Relocation Support: additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away.

Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi‑state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.
