Logistics Operator 1 is required to operate, maintain, improve and repair equipment within our inbound and outbound areas, such as our De‑palletizer and Palletizer equipment.
Location of the job:Jefferson City, MO
Base Pay:$23.57 per hour, paid weekly
Shift:6:00am – 6:15pm, 2/2/3 shift pattern

- Load/unload trucks, support production, store and maintain raw and packaging inventories.
- Actively support the Plant’s LEAN initiative by completing all scheduled training and assigned LEAN responsibilities.
- Operate various fork trucks and pallet jacks after certification training, with periodic recertification.
- Operate palletizers and automatic bottle handling/de‑palletizer equipment.
- Demonstrate understanding and use of productivity, safety, and informational tools (PCs, RF, JDA, SAP, Impact Sensors, Factory Systems).
- Operate material handling equipment where appropriate (fork truck, pallet jack, sky jack, deep reach, clamp apparatus, etc.).
- Train associates on warehouse systems and programs and document accordingly.
- Use warehouse systems and programs (Work Orders, B.O.M., locator, etc.).
- Move materials around Warehouse using SAP system.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5‑S program in assigned areas.
- All other duties as assigned.
- At least 3 years of warehouse and fork truck experience.
- Work overtime as required.
Lifting and Carrying: capability to lift objects between 21‑50 LBS occasionally and transport them over specific distances or for certain durations.
Reaching, Pushing, and Pulling: actions might be needed to access items, move equipment, or handle objects in different environments.
Posture: job may require extended periods of standing, sitting, or switching between these positions.
Fine Motor
Skills:
tasks such as typing, using small tools, or handling delicate objects.
Vision and Hearing: specific visual acuity, color vision, or hearing capabilities may be required.
Environmental Factors: may involve working in noisy areas.
Stamina and Endurance: ability to perform physical activities for long periods or continuously may be essential.
