ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite IT support for factory-owned and managed assets.
Support end users and maintain IT equipment in collaboration areas.
Act as a first responder for cybersecurity tasks related to IT/OT assets.
Troubleshoot and maintain shop-floor technologies such as kiosks, scanners and vendor machines.
Monitor OT systems and escalate abnormal or risky behavior.
Install, configure and validate security patches on critical assets.
Work with vendors to ensure secure and compliant system configurations.
Implement security measures under direction from global cybersecurity teams.
Formal qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or similar technical roles.
Proactive, self-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
Experience with Service Now, Microsoft 365, Windows and iOS.
Knowledge of ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in operational environments.
