How you'll make an impact

* Provide onsite IT support for factory-owned and managed assets.

* Support end users and maintain IT equipment in collaboration areas.

* Act as a first responder for cybersecurity tasks related to IT/OT assets.

* Troubleshoot and maintain shop-floor technologies such as kiosks, scanners and vendor machines.

* Monitor OT systems and escalate abnormal or risky behavior.

* Install, configure and validate security patches on critical assets.

* Work with vendors to ensure secure and compliant system configurations.

* Implement security measures under direction from global cybersecurity teams.

Your background

* Formal qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Information Technology.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or similar technical roles.

* Proactive, self-driven and solution-oriented mindset.

* Experience with Service Now, Microsoft 365, Windows and iOS.

* Knowledge of ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills in operational environments.
