Responsible for leading client user trainings and providing help desk support. The Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for understanding client needs, executing project delivery, training and providing technical expertise. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Aid in software installations and upgrades.
- Lead user training sessions, onsite and remote.
- Help manage new client onboardings.
- Collaborate with sales team and software developers to implement business strategies.
- Investigate user problems and identify their source(s); determine possible solution(s); test and implement solution(s) as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network.
- Escalate product support matters requiring management or development intervention.
- Work with Development Specialist to identify bug fixes and assist with software testing in preparation for new products or feature releases as needed.
- Train application users, administrators and super users of Enterpol software.
- Review or create process manuals and/or videos for Enterpol software applications.
- Update Connect Wise (CRM) records including time records/sheets, tickets and client information in timely manner.
- Travel up to 25% required. (United States)
PREFERED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Law Enforcement
- Experience with Enterpol Software suite
- Experience with end user application support
- Experience conducting user trainings
