Compensation

• Base Pay Range: $17.48 - 26.31 per hour, based on experience

• Choose Between Sign-On Bonus
  -OR
  - Retention Rewards

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500

• Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000

• Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away

• Retention Reward (Option
  1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000

• Student Loan Repayment (Option
  2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000

• Measure and record patients  vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration.

• Prepare patients for examinations, tests, or treatments and explain procedures.

• Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients  conditions.

• Provide quality care to patients and work with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest patient satisfaction. Follow all safety, security, and infection control, policies and procedures. Perform all tasks to ensure the safety of self, patient, and co-workers.

• Maintain the standards of nursing care and departmental criteria to assure they are aligned with the University of Missouri Health Care Mission and Goals.

• Participates in meetings, in-services, and quality and performance improvement groups.
