Responsibilities
- Support design and implementation of Alternative Payment Models (APMs)
- Conduct population health and cost-of-care diagnostics
- Assess provider readiness for APM adoption
- Support payer (MCO) alignment and engagement
- Define performance measures, reporting, and shared savings structures
- Value-based care models (shared savings, risk, capitation)
- Provider financial performance analysis
- 10+ years in Medicaid payment reform or value-based care
- Experience working with State Medicaid agencies and MCOs
- Familiarity with CMS payment model guidance
