Overview
- Serve as executive lead and trusted advisor to client's Health Net leadership

- Oversee risk management, escalation, and resolution across all work streams
- Support sustainability planning post-federal funding
- State Medicaid strategy & governance
- Value-based care & APM strategy
- Executive stakeholder management
- Large-scale transformation leadership
- 15–20+ years in healthcare consulting or public-sector health programs
- 10+ years supporting State Medicaid agencies
- Prior leadership on statewide Medicaid or rural health transformation initiatives
- Direct experience interacting with CMS and senior state officials
