Shift Details
Shift: .75 FTE night shift OB Surgical Tech at CRMC, 7pm to 7am. 3 shifts one week and 2 the next, rotating holidays, 2 Fri & 2 weekend shifts/6 wks, and requires floating when needed.

Compensation- Base Pay Range: Surgery Tech: $22.00 - $34.74 per hour, based on experience
- Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000
- Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away
- Retention Reward (Option
1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 - Student Loan Repayment (Option
2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 - Note: Details will be provided during the HR interview. Policy language is available upon request.

Job Description
- One (1) year of experience as a surgical technologist or completion of an accredited surgical tech program. The MU Health Care Surgical Tech program, or military training may be substituted.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), or Certified Operating Room Surgical Technician (CORST) certification by National Health career Association (NHA), or Technician in Surgery - Certified (TS-C) certification by National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
- Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
