• Provide styling services and determine client needs to deliver the latest cuts, finishing, and chemical services.
• Engage with clients to understand expectations and create a superior client experience.

• Current cosmetology license in the state you are applying
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions that drive sales, profit, or customer service
• Accountability for actions and outcomes; build positive, inclusive relationships
• Demonstrate energy, urgency, and a commitment to improving the customer experience

• Pay Range USD $11.00/Hr - USD $16.00/Hr
• Commission-based service sales ranging from 50% to 70% (based on credential level, sales and productivity)

• Potential up to $1,000 bonus for qualified candidates
