Risk Analyst

Join Central Bank as a Risk Analyst and be a key member of our Risk Management team. This position will support operational risk management, focusing primarily on corporate insurance and business continuity planning, helping us navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

• Serve as the primary liaison for our corporate insurance program contacts.
• Process and manage insurance claims.
• Maintain policy documentation.
• Collaborate and communicate with various employees, business units, and executives within the company.
• Prepare applications for property & casualty and professional liability insurance for the company.
• Develop, maintain, and implement strategies and plans to ensure the company can continue operations in the event of an incident or disaster.
• Review, conduct, and maintain risk assessments, business impact analysis, and response and recovery plans for business units across the company footprint.
• Assist with corporate training and testing/drills.
• Create insightful risk management reports for management and risk committees.
• Build and nurture effective working relationships to address risk management matters collaboratively.
• Monitor and analyze risks within Central Bank’s business units, providing actionable insights to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management and persuade cooperation from employees.
• Strong personal management skills, including time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Flexibility to adapt to work routines required during audits, examinations, or other special reviews.
