We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our North American Hub Engineering team in Jefferson City, MO. In this role, you’ll lead innovative projects focused on oil-filled distribution transformers, driving value engineering and introducing cutting‑edge technologies. • Drive customer value and profitability through Design to Value (DtV) principles.
• Lead development and factory introduction of new transformer technologies and features.
• Generate and implement cost‑saving ideas that enhance customer value.
• Develop tools and concepts to reduce design and assembly time, improve quality, and optimize material use.
• Build detailed business cases and secure cross‑functional approvals.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to execute projects.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into product development.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• 3+ years designing oil-filled distribution transformers.
• Proven track record of delivering projects that meet business goals.
• Experience with SQL queries and large dataset analysis.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D drawing systems.
