** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
**** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Support teams and supervisors in achieving top-tier HSSE performance
* Ensure compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory standards
* Conduct audits, inspections, and safety walkthroughs
* Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis
* Track and follow up on corrective actions
* Promote awareness through safety campaigns and training
* Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers
* Share ideas to enhance HSSE programs and culture
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field preferred or minimum 2 years in an HSSE role or 5 years in heavy manufacturing with safety involvement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, self-motivated, and proactive
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools
* Willing to travel up to 10% and work 3rd shift
* Bonus: HSE certifications and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus!
