** to join our North American Hub Engineering team in Jefferson City, MO. In this role, you’ll lead innovative projects focused on oil-filled distribution transformers, driving value engineering and introducing cutting-edge technologies. ** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Drive customer value and profitability through
** Design to Value (DtV)
** principles.
* Lead development and factory introduction of new transformer technologies and features.
* Generate and implement cost-saving ideas that enhance customer value.
* Develop tools and concepts to reduce design and assembly time, improve quality, and optimize material use.
* Build detailed business cases and secure cross-functional approvals.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to execute projects.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into product development.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
* 3+ years designing oil-filled distribution transformers.
* Proven track record of delivering projects that meet business goals.
* Experience with SQL queries and large dataset analysis.
* Proficiency in 2D/3D drawing systems.
