About The Role: Lead our structural engineering team based in Jefferson City, MO. Provide technical leadership, project management, client engagement, and business development.

• Provide oversight and technical guidance for the design and analysis of structural systems using Civil 3D (or similar design software).
• Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications for steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with codes and standards.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and designers.
• Manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and promote a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

• Lead structural design projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules; monitor progress and performance.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery excellence.
• Lead business development activities, including proposal writing, presentations, and networking.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required;
  Structural Engineer (SE) license a plus.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in structural design for steel, concrete, and masonry structures within civil infrastructure or related sectors.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or comparable modeling/design software.
• Strong project management, client relationship, and business development skills.

• Salary range: $,000 per year with performance bonus potential.
