Entry Level Trainer

Location:

Madison, WI campus. Relocation to the area is required; relocation assistance is provided.

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as Epic staff.
• Serve as the first point of contact for staff and users, guiding their experience as they transition to Epic.
• Contribute to the training process from start to finish, including instructional design and development of training materials and scenarios.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and work with organizations to develop their training needs.
• Participate in projects to improve software usability and intuitiveness.

• Bachelor s degree or greater (any major)
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination
