The successful candidate can provide outstanding customer service to state agencies.

• First Shift: Mon – Friday: 4:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
• Second Shift: Mon – Friday: 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
• Third Shift: Sunday: 12:00 p.m. (noon) – 5:00 p.m.

• Assist with State motor pool dispatching:
  • Monitor State motor pool reservations dashboard: vehicles to be dispatched and returned.
  • Print trip tickets for approved reservations.
  • Dispatch vehicle when driver arrives: verify driver name, hand out vehicle packet including key and fuel card.
  • Check‑in returning vehicle: verify packet returned including keys and fuel card, record ending mileage, return date/time, and driver comments/feedback to indicate need to clean and/or service the vehicle.
  • Inform the State motor pool coordinator of any customer concerns or inquiries.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Be able to work independently under general direction.
