The Role: We’re looking for a dedicated and service‑oriented professional to provide customer service and operational support to both internal and external Association customers at our Central Office in Jefferson City, Missouri. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of operational processes, assist branch staff, collaborate across teams, and serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and digital support needs.

What You Need:

  • Experience: A high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, customer service skills, and proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to follow established processes, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to a variety of tasks.
  • Attitude: A positive, solutions‑focused approach with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

This position is located at our Central Office in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Hybrid work environment will be considered after the initial training period is complete and based off of the candidates' qualifications and needs.

This position is classified as Non-Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Reports To: Team Leader, Operations Support

Job Function

This position includes operational and customer service duties as described in the role description to support Association functions. Specific tasks may include handling branch loan processing workflows, client support for external sites, and assisting with standard account maintenance and related processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Working knowledge of a multi-line phone system and general credit processing procedures.
  • General knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
  • Oral and written communication skills sufficient to exchange information with peers, supervisors, and customers.
  • Listening and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to organize material and information efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the Association’s systems, data, and client information.
