Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground – Responsible for overseeing underground telecommunication construction crews, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate installation, maintenance, and repair of customer telecommunications equipment.

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
• Supervise daily activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined deliverables.
• Maintain excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Identify and course‑correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of assigned area, department, or project.
• Communicate with company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.

• Associate’s degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

The wage range for Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00.
