Docket Clerk Division Of Workers’ Compensation Annual Salary: $38,880

WhatYou Will Do
- Vocational-level position accountable for the preparation and scheduling of telephone conferences, cases, dockets, and/or administrative hearings.
- Responsible for reviewing and distributing court documents to attorneys and parties, contacting attorneys and parties, and preparing court documents.
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, answer emails, scan, and index court documents for electronic storage.
- Retrieve and enter confidential information in the Division’s database including entries, withdrawals, and dispositions.
- Draft, proof, and edit correspondence as requested by administrative law judges.
- Prepare docket materials for the administrative law judges.
- Staff the front desk, answer telephone calls, and greet customers.
- Order supplies, maintain postage meter, and perform other duties as assigned.
- 1 year of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a law office or governmental agency.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro DC, , Webex, or similar software/platforms for managing and manipulating electronic schedules, documents, and communication.
