The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee office operations to ensure effective and efficient clerical support to office management.
  • Answer the main phone line and monitor the office email, responding to inquiries and questions.
  • Responsible for ordering and monitoring supplies and inventory for the office, including purchase order requests, expense reports, and managing fixed assets inventory.
  • Assist with business travel which includes lodging, car reservations, conference registrations, out-of-state travel packets, etc.
  • Complete the necessary forms and help desk tickets for new and/or departing employees.
  • Process print requests for materials and business cards.
  • Update the budget sheets and track items as needed or requested.
  • Support the Preventive Services Program (PSP) team with data entry, scanning, and other duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate with a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (substitutions allowed).
  • Good telephone and customer service skills.
  • Well organized and attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills with standard office software (Microsoft Suite) and the ability to learn specialized software systems.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
