Overview

The Missouri Bar seeks Administrative Assistant & Receptionist to provide front-desk coverage and administrative support across multiple departments. Duties include answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings and events, preparing documents, managing calendars and files, and assisting with travel, expenses, and special projects.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls; greet visitors.
  • Coordinate meetings and events; prepare documents; manage calendars and files.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing.
  • Support multiple departments and participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and three years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills required.
