Experienced Warehouse Keeper with at least 2 years of experience in inventory management
, stock coordination, and warehouse operations. Skilled in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while keeping accurate records and following safety standards.
Good command of English, both spoken and written, to support clear communication and documentation.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and goods against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Accurately record all inbound and outbound stock transactions using the inventory management system.
• Organize, label, and store items in designated warehouse locations to ensure easy identification and accessibility.
• Monitor inventory levels on a regular basis and report shortages or excess stock when required.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials and orders for internal use or external delivery in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and logistics providers to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports for management review.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and warehouse operating procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment and support other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
