Job Title:
Assistant Operations Manager (NVOCC)
Minimum 5 years NVOCC experience of which 3 years in the management level with very good knowledge of the NVOCC and Sea freight business.
- Maintain relationships with shippers, agents, agency, principal, feeders.
- Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills when under pressure and with tight work deadlines.
- Good computer skills (shipping software, related logistics/ shipping/ marine certification, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the KSA / Middle East.
- Commercial talent and ability to develop new business.
- Knowledge of Terminal operating systems, shipping operations, vessel services and port rotations.
- Able to effectively manage and communicate with a diverse and multicultural team.
- Management experience in Logistics with strong Sales & Business Development capabilities.
- Good communicator at all levels in English.
