• Manage the assigned fleet across your cluster (4-6 Dark Stores) effectively, ensuring target KPIs are met.
• Oversee Fleet Managers in the daily operations of their respective fleets, ensuring smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance with operational standards.
• Support manpower allocation across stores to maintain efficiency.
• Mentor and guide the team, addressing challenges and driving high performance.
• Analyze data, derive insights, and recommend strategies to optimize fleet operations.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, managing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• A hands on approach-willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
• Comfortable working in highly ambiguous situations and adapting to change.
• Understanding of logistics metrics and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate operational needs.
