Personal Trainer/ Fitness Coach

As a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for providing personalized exercise and nutrition plans, motivation, and guidance to clients in order to help them achieve their fitness goals. You will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, working with a diverse range of clients including Indians, Pakistanis, and men.

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, health history, and goals.
• Design personalized exercise programs based on individual client needs and goals.
• Provide guidance on proper form and technique for various exercises.
• Monitor and track client progress through regular assessments.
• Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and provide dietary recommendations.
• Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.
• Ensure a safe and clean workout environment at all times.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research to continuously improve knowledge and services.

• Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience working with diverse clientele.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, nutrition, and health principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to create personalized training programs for different fitness levels and goals.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Positive attitude, patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field.
• Additional certifications such as Nutrition Specialist or Group Fitness Instructor.
• Experience working with non-native English speakers.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The working hours may vary depending on client schedules. You will have access to gym facilities for personal use outside of working hours. This job is suitable for men due to the nature of the profession.
