Personal Trainer

As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating individualized fitness plans and providing personalized coaching to clients in Jeddah. You will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, or improving overall health and wellness. Your main duties will include conducting fitness assessments, creating customized workout routines, providing nutrition advice, and monitoring client progress.

• Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine the client's current level of fitness
• Develop tailored workout plans based on the client's goals and needs
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure proper form and technique
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed
• Offer nutrition advice and meal planning to support the client's fitness goals
• Educate clients on safe exercise practices and injury prevention
• Maintain a clean and organized workout space
• Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research

• Proven experience as a personal trainer or in a related role
• Certification in personal training or a relevant field (e.g. exercise science)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to create customized workout plans for clients with varying fitness levels
• Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
• Knowledge of nutrition principles and ability to provide guidance on healthy eating habits

Salary: $1800 per month

This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani or African candidates who are fluent in English.
