Personal Trainer

A reputable fitness center in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating customized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions for our clients. You must have a passion for fitness and the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans based on clients' goals, abilities, and medical history
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions for clients, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
- Track clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment at all times
- Stay up-to-date with current health and fitness trends and research

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a personal trainer
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, nutrition, and fitness trends
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with a diverse group of clients
- Strong motivational skills to inspire clients to reach their goals
- Ability to adapt workout plans for individuals with varying levels of experience and physical abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with special populations such as seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Bilingual (English/Arabic)
- CPR/AED certification

This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but preference will be given to Canadian or Kenyan candidates. Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
