Service Technician

Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work , is seeking a Service Technician to join the Unox Service Team in Jeddah. The candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer sites across the assigned territory.

• Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling within KSA.
• Oversee all aspects of on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functionality testing of Unox equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions.
• Train customers on the proper use of Unox equipment.
• Create detailed and comprehensive service reports after each service visit.

• Fluency in English.
• Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, reacting positively to challenges.
• At least 2 years of experience in the electromechanical field, possibly with HVAC systems or professional kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to travel within KSA (up to 80% of the time).
• Junior (2-5 years).
