Senior Installer - High Rise and Jump Lift

Overview

We are looking for Senior Installer with a installation mindset to provide professional service to our customers in the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

It will be responsible for the on-site installation of equipment, with a primary focus on safety as the top priority and ensure that the installation site complies with KONE's standards and proactively addresses any issues that may arise, minimizing disruptions to the installation process. This includes effective communication with customers as necessary. The installer consistently delivers high-quality results on the first attempt, adhering to safe working methods and practices throughout the process.

• Caring about safety on site by applying good safety practices highlighting proactive risk identification and STOP and GO principles.
• Manage on-site communication with the customer for day to day installation activities with a continuous coordination with the Field Supervisor.
• Manage the equipment installation environment during installation activities.
• Performs the reception, checking and storage of materials. Ensures the security of the delivered equipment by means of correct storage and site handling.
• Carries out the installation according to pre-determined method instruction and schedule.
• Responsible for high quality and timely installation of the equipment following KONE installation methods throughout the installation process described mainly in AM instructions.
• Is responsible for reporting installation progress to the Field supervisor.
• Keeps the installation tooling safe and in good condition.
• Promotes quality feedback forms and proactively contributes to the ongoing improvement of the product by feedback to the supply line.
• Fast reaction to unexpected events by communication to Field Supervisor.
• Apply lean principles to avoid interruptions at work and consistently follow and promote huddles initiatives.

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in KONE equipment Installation.
• Completed the installation of super high-rise elevators and Jump Lift.
• Fluent in installation methods.
• Understands arrangement drawings.
• Knowledge of quality and safety rules as well as awareness of environmental requirements.
